I put together a 5 week sales training for this group in which I didnā€™t share a single new sales strategy, I didnā€™t give them a single sales script, nor did I motivate them to work harder. And yet, they experienced phenomenal results that all the extra hours couldnā€™t give them. How did we create such exponential results? Itā€™s simpleā€” but not always easy.
